Reinforced Pockets and Hems

The pocket transfers the pull from your tarp system to the fabric each time you cover or uncover the trailer. Vinyl reinforcement and triangular patches strengthen this connection, while seatbelt webbing reinforces the hems and pocket ends.

These mesh tarps are suitable for sand, gravel and aggregate hauling where waterproof coverage is not required. Air and water pass through the mesh, so the tarp is not waterproof.

How to Choose Your Tarp Size

If your existing tarp fits correctly, measure it laid flat and check its attachment details. If it is too short or does not cover properly, measure the trailer and tarp system before choosing a replacement.

• Width: Measure the existing tarp and check the usable space between the roller flanges.
• Length: Measure from the roller to the rear coverage point, following the tarp’s travel path and allowing for heaped loads.
• Pocket and attachment: Confirm that the pocket fits your crossbar and that the front edge matches your roller attachment.
