Donovan 5000X
The 5000 Series is a front-to-rear tarp system that comes with direct-drive motor options.
The system features zinc-plated steel tubing, low-profile flat-coil torsion springs, and 1 1/4-inch square steel tubes with bent pivot arm extensions.
The tarp options include heavy-duty mesh, multicolored PVC mesh, 18-oz. vinyl, and asphalt lumite. There are additional options for side flaps, reinforced pockets or hems, webbing, boxed corners, stenciling, grommets, and D-rings.
Donovan Hammer II™
The Hammer™ II is a one-size-fits-all solution for dump bodies up to 23 feet. It features 1 1/2-inch diameter round “easy-off” pivot arms and flat coil torsion springs that provide smooth, powerful operation.
The system is available in two models, the GL model with a ground-level manual crank, and the standard Hammer™ with the Durabuilt™ 12V direct-drive motor with a rotary switch.
Additionally, there are optional upgrades available, including a 40-amp Durabuilt™ rocker switch kit with solenoid, wind deflectors, pivot arm rests, and spring trap and tarp trap hold-downs.
Donovan Flash
The Flash is a dump body covering system that features an exclusive stamped-steel spring enclosure, a two-part stamping process that eliminates welds, and a heavy-duty Grade 8 spring pin.
The system also has thick-walled pivot arms, a high-polish zinc protective coating, and a Durabuilt 12V direct-drive electric motor with an in-cab rotary switch.
It comes with optional upgrades such as wind deflectors and tarp trap hold-downs.

The Bullet is an electric tarp system designed to cover boxes up to 23 feet long. It comes with either straight or 30° angled arms of anodized aluminum that will never rust.

The Aero Easy Cover is a tarp system designed for dump applications that features powerful springs and durable arms made of aluminum alloy.
The system is available in both electric and manual versions, and the electric motor comes with a chrome cover and a 3-year warranty.

Roll Rite ALC DB Series: DB-11, DB-11SS, DB-20
The ALC-DB Series is a collection of heavy-duty steel or stainless steel tarp systems that feature Hydra-Lock tarp arms and operate from the truck’s central hydraulics.
There are electric-over-hydraulic pump and controls option available.
The tarp systems are designed for municipal and construction dump truck applications.
DB-11
The DB-11 model is a heavy-duty steel pivot with a powder-coated 3/8″ laser-cut steel arch and formed pivot mounts with Teflon-lined steel spherical bearings.
The hydraulic arms have a 45-degree pivot arm tubing, and the pivot cylinders are corrosion-resistant.
The DB-11 also includes a 4-1/2″ extruded aluminum torsion tube assembly and comes with a 2-year warranty (excluding the tarp).
DB-11SS
The DB-11SS is a durable tarp system designed for single axle dump bodies up to 11 feet. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel pivot arch, with 304 stainless steel 3/8″ laser cut arch and formed pivot mounts with 1/2″ Teflon-lined steel spherical bearings.
The hydraulic arms are made of stainless steel and can lower and lock down on top of the truck body.
The tarp spool assembly is made of 4-1/2″ extruded aluminum torsion tube assembly, and comes with a 3-year warranty (excluding tarp).
DB-20
The DB-20 is a hydraulic arm system designed to fit multi-axle dump bodies up to 20 feet long. It features a heavy-duty steel pivot with a powder-coated 3/8″ laser cut steel arch, formed pivot mounts with Teflon-lined steel spherical bearings, and UHMW self-lubricating guide blocks.
The hydraulic arms are powder-coated and feature 45-degree pivot arm tubing, corrosion-resistant pivot cylinders with a 1-3/4″ bore and 17″ stroke, and a 2-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 11 gauge construction.
The system also includes a 4-1/2″ extruded aluminum torsion tube assembly and comes with a 2-year warranty (excluding tarp).

The Hammer™ II GL model is a dump body with a one-size-fits-all styling for bodies up to 23 feet.
