Easy Returns and Refunds Policy

As much as we would like you to be happy with your purchase, we know sometimes “stuff happens” and you may need to return items. That’s why we make returns as easy as possible at Trison Tarps LLC. 

  • All products (other than special custom orders) are returnable for any reason – within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee; so you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase price, less 15% restocking fee, and less shipping price.
  • A credit will be issued within 3-5 days from the date we receive the part back.
  • A return can be initiated by emailing team@trisontarps.com

We are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as all goods are in original condition, in original packaging, are unused and unfitted, and are deemed as in a resalable condition. 

How do I initiate a return to Trison Tarps LLC?

  • Contact us by emailing team@trisontarps.com for a Returns Authorisation Reference.
  • Repackage the item(s) securely and include any original documentation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if the error was made by Trison Tarps LLC (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?

If the error was made by Trison Tarps LLC, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. 

What if I want to cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us and we will cancel and refund your order less 3% restocking fee. 

Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. Custom made items orders cannot be canceled after orders are placed.

What if the shipment is damaged?

If your product is damaged in transit please contact us at 1-855-851-4700 immediately.  All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. 

If the shipment is clearly damaged when it arrives make sure to take pictures as these will help expedite the return process. 

Do not contact the manufacturer of the product directly and do not attempt to install the part as this will void any replacement options or claims.

All damaged items claims need to be handled through Trison Tarps LLC.

What If I changed my mind?

Please contact us right away and if the order is not shipped we will cancel and refund your order less a 15% restocking fee. 

If the order has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return. Please note, the shipping cost, in this case, is not refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return shipping.

Can I exchange a product?

You can exchange the product within 30 days from the delivery day. For the exchange, the product must be new, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be exchanged or returned if the part was installed or modified. Custom made products can not be exchanged or returned.

Warranty

TrisonTarps.com supports all manufacturer warranty agreements. All warranty agreements will become null and void if the product is damaged. To apply for warranty information, please have the original purchase receipt available.

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. All sales are final after 30 days after delivery. 

The product must be new, in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified.

Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer’s expense.

How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please keep in mind that the transaction may take longer to display in your transaction records depending on the method of payment you used for your order.
