Cramaro Flip N Go™ Electric Dump Trailer Tarp System

The Cramaro Flip N Go™ Electric Tarp System is a premium heavy-duty tarp system designed for dump trailers and extended-length applications from 31′ to 50′. Built for demanding hauling environments, this front-to-back flip system delivers reliable coverage, strong arm support, and consistent tarp tension across long trailer bodies.

Powered by a 900W 12V electric motor with a 90:1 gear ratio, the system provides dependable torque and smooth operation, allowing operators to open and close the tarp efficiently. The design is built for durability and reduced maintenance, making it well-suited for high-cycle use in tough conditions.

The system features heavy-duty diamond-profile aluminum arms, engineered for strength and rigidity over long spans. Arm length varies by selected configuration:

• 31’–40′ systems include 15′ aluminum arms
• 41’–50′ systems include 20′ aluminum arms

A 13/16″ heavy-duty side-mount torsion spring system on both driver and passenger sides maintains consistent tarp tension, ensuring smooth operation when covering heaped or uneven loads such as gravel, sand, and asphalt.

This system also includes an aluminum two-piece wind deflector. For trailers with radius or chamfered corners, a tarp housing assembly is recommended as an optional component.

Built with heavy-duty cast iron tarp roller bearings, the Flip N Go™ system is designed to withstand demanding applications while maintaining reliable long-term performance.
