Reach out to [email protected] Open Positions: Job Title: Tarp Machine Operator Compensation: $14–18 per hour to start Benefits: ✅ 10 paid days off per year ✅ Friday afternoons off (always) ✅ Medical, dental & vision benefits Job Description We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Tarp Manufacturing Team as a Machine Operator. This role focuses on operating production equipment used in the manufacturing of tarps, including cutting and heat sealing processes. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail, consistency, and pride in quality workmanship. No prior industry experience is required — we will patiently train the right person. Responsibilities Operate machines used for cutting and heat sealing materials to produce tarps of various sizes and designs Assist with setup and basic adjustments of production equipment Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Honest, reliable work ethic (Colossians 3:23) Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well as part of a team Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment Experience with hand tools We do not require prior experience in this industry — we will train the right individual to succeed in a long-term career at Trison Tarps.
