Job Title: Installation Team Member

✅ 10 paid days off annually

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Tarp System Installation Team.

This role is for someone looking to build a long-term career at a professional company that sets the standard for quality, workmanship, and integrity.

The successful candidate will work with 2-3 other team members to install Tarp Systems on Semi Truck Trailers and bodies, including Dump Trucks, End Dumps, Walking Floor Trailers, Belly Dumps, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Respectful communication with other team members
• Assisting in the installation of tarp systems and tarps on trailers
• Repair tarp systems, replace tarps
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
• Welding steel and/or aluminum as needed (we will train; experience is a bonus!)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager

Qualifications:

Honest, reliable work ethic (Colossians 3:23)

We do NOT require prior work experience in this industry; we will patiently teach you the skills required to excel in a long term career at Trison Tarps

• Great attitude, positive personality, and honesty are the top requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively 
• Experience with hand tools and other manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team

Sobre el trabajo: Buscamos a alguien trabajador y motivado para instalar sistemas de lonas en camiones y remolques (end dumps, walking floors, belly dumps, etc.). Trabajarás en un equipo de 2 a 3 personas.

Responsabilidades:

• Instalar y reparar sistemas de lonas.
• Asegurar que el trabajo quede perfecto (calidad y precisión).
• Soldadura básica en acero o aluminio (nosotros te enseñamos).
• Mantener el área limpia y seguir las reglas de seguridad.

Requisitos:

• Ética de trabajo honesta y confiable (Colosenses 3:23).
• No se requiere experiencia: Nosotros capacitamos a la persona correcta con paciencia.
• Buena actitud y honestidad (esto es lo más importante para nosotros).
• Ganas de trabajar en equipo y atención al detalle.
