Job Title: Tarp Machine Operator

Compensation: $14–18 per hour to start

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Tarp Manufacturing Team as a Machine Operator.

This role focuses on operating production equipment used in the manufacturing of tarps, including cutting and heat sealing processes.

This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail, consistency, and pride in quality workmanship.

No prior industry experience is required — we will patiently train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machines used for cutting and heat sealing materials to produce tarps of various sizes and designs
  • Assist with setup and basic adjustments of production equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Honest, reliable work ethic (Colossians 3:23)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment
  • Experience with hand tools

We do not require prior experience in this industry — we will train the right individual to succeed in a long-term career at Trison Tarps.
