Job Title: Installation Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Tarp System Installation Team.

The successful candidate will work with 2 other team members to install Tarp Systems on Semi Truck Trailers and bodies, like Dump Trucks, End Dumps, Walking Floor Trailers, Belly Dumps, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Respectful communication with other team members
  • Assisting in the installation of tarp systems and tarps on trailers
  • Repair tarp systems, replace tarps
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by Production Manager

Qualifications:

Honest, reliable work ethic (Colossians 3:23)

We do NOT require prior work experience in this industry; we will patiently teach you the skills required to excel in a career at Trison Tarps

  • Great attitude, positive personality, and honesty are the top requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively 
  • Experience with hand tools and other manufacturing equipment is a plus

Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator & Finisher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sewing Machine Operator and Finisher.

The successful candidate will report to the Tarp Shop Manager and primarily work in the Tarp Department sewing and finishing tarps and ensuring they are built to spec.

Responsibilities:

  • Once machine operators are completed their work, move the tarp to the finishing area
  • Add any finishing details (ie. add grommets, cut threads, etc.)
  • Measure and check tarp to ensure it is completed to spec
  • Fold and roll tarp; package for shipping if needed
  • Operating equipment such as industrial sewing machines, grommet machines, cutting machines, and other tools used in the production process
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Assisting in the packaging and shipping of completed products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by the Tarp Shop Manager

Qualifications:

Inventory Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory at our growing manufacturing and installation facility. The Inventory Manager will oversee stock levels, track incoming and outgoing materials, and help keep our shop running efficiently. This role works closely with our production, sales, and purchasing teams to make sure we always have the right materials at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials
  • Organize and label inventory in the warehouse and production areas
  • Track usage and reorder points; communicate purchasing needs to management
  • Work with the production team to ensure materials are available for builds
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Prepare inventory reports as needed
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, inventory software, etc.)
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time well
  • Dependable, honest work ethic (Colossians 3:23)
  • Previous inventory or warehouse experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
