Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Trison Tarps LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

  • We strive to ship orders of stock items the same business day when received by 3 pm CST on work days.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm CST are shipped the next workday.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Shipping is available to USA addresses in the contiguous 48 states only. 
  • Please note, some products cannot be delivered to residential addresses. In these cases, we will contact you by phone to ensure you can receive the product.
  • Orders are shipped directly to the USA shipping address you have provided.
  • Delivery time depends on which state we are shipping the order to. This usually takes 1-10 business days.
  • Orders may be shipped separately due to product availability or dimensions and may arrive at different times.

Free Shipping

  • To qualify for free shipping, your total order must be $495 or more before tax.
  • Free shipping applies to online store only.
  • Free shipping is subject to change without any notice.
  • Remote Addresses may not be eligible for free shipping.

Oversize/overweight products

  • Oversize/overweight products that need to be delivered with freight carriers may not be eligible for free shipping; the products are clearly marked on their product pages.

Local store pick up

  • We do offer our customers in store pick up. This offer is available during the checkout.
  • Orders that are picked up in store rather than receiving free shipping will not qualify for any additional discount.

Shipping Fees

  • ships using UPS, and UPS Freight. For orders below $495, the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout based on the shipping method, product weight, size, and shipping destination.

Shipping Methods

  • ships orders using UPS, and UPS Freight. When orders weigh over 150 pounds, there may be an option of freight shipping. Specific shipping methods are available at the checkout. 
  • reserves the right to change the shipping carrier and the shipping method from customer selected to a comparable or faster shipping method.
  • For large, heavy, or oversized orders, reserves the right to change the shipping method from regular UPS to Freight Shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


  • Items sold by that are shipped to destinations in the contiguous 48 states may be subject to tax. The tax is calculated at the checkout and if applicable is added to the total price based on your delivery location.

Lost shipment

  • First, check the tracking information for any updates or notes. If the tracking status indicates that the shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, we will initiate a trace or claim with the delivery company.
